FAQ

How can I purchase a premade cover?"
You can purchase our premade covers through our Etsy shop while we redesign our own website. Once a design is sold, it will not be available for sale again."Can I request changes to a premade?"
Text revisions such as title changes, tag lines, series titles, etc. are included in the purchase price. If you want to change the font, we can discuss it, but if a font does not suit the artwork or genre I reserve the right to tell you.
Art revisions are not included on premades."Can I book a series continuation?"
You sure can! Please get in touch with us through the contact section to find out our availability and pricing. We aim to respond within 48 hours."If I don't buy a paperback print wrap add-on for my ebook now, can I get one in the future?"
Absolutely! If you didn't buy one as an add-on at the time you made your ebook cover purchase, you can get in touch with us at a later date to purchase a paperback print wrap.

"What is your refund policy?"
All purchases of premade covers are non-refundable and all sales are final."Can I get the PSD file of my cover?"
I do not give clients PSD files due to clauses in the stock photos licenses that I purchase."How long will it take to receive my premade cover?"
Within 3 business days of the agreed project start date, which will be decided between the designer and client at the time of the order. Please note that complex text changes may take some time.
You will then receive an email with the full resolution .PNG file with text changes for your title and author name. You will also receive a list of the licenses used.
If you have ordered a paperback wrap add-on, this will take additional time on top of the ebook cover's initial three days.
